- ERMI is a full service laboratory. We do not
subcontract routine environmental chemistry analyses to other
laboratories.

- We specialize in environmental chemistry. We
don’t do process, product QC or other types of analyses which involve
high strengths of chemicals which could potentially contaminate your
samples.

- We have extended business hours from 8am to 6pm
for sample drop-offs. Later sample deliveries may be scheduled upon
request.

- We provide sample kits to our customers
complete with bottles, labels, preservatives, chain-of-custody forms,
custody seals and other such materials at no additional charge.

- We do not have sample preparation charges for
liquid samples requiring metals analyses.
|
- We fax or e-mail reports at no additional
charge upon request.
|
- BTEX and TPH reports are faxed or e-mailed
automatically at no additional charge.
|
- Quality control information integrated with
your results is provided on each report.
|
- Multiple copies of reports and invoices are
provided at no additional charge upon request.
|
- ERMI’s normal turn-around times are 5-7 working
days for all analyses with the exception of BTEX and TPH by 418.1 and
modified 8015 methods which is 2 days from the time of sample receipt.

- Turn-around times average over 90% on time,
from 1995 to date, with 10% of the data being released to customers
early.

- ERMI’s Quality Assurance program is more
stringent than that required by EPA in most instances.
|
- Chemists are certified internally to ensure
they are experienced with each method and can produce results of
consistent quality before analyzing customer samples independently.
|
- ERMI’s chemists have degrees in chemistry or a
closely related field or they have equivalent education and work
experience.
|
- No sample disposal fees are associated with our
services.
